You can view rejected, approved, details of the hours, and rejected charges of timesheet lines. It is also possible to view timesheet lines that are pending approval.

Rejection Info Dialog Box

Hours Details Dialog Box
The Hours Details dialog displays the timesheet cell information for the selected timesheet period and line number in a scrollable table. This dialog displays when you select one of the links in the timesheet date column of the detail results tab.
Reject Charges Dialog Box
Use the Reject Charges dialog to enter the reason for rejecting a timesheet line.
Pending Approval Dialog Box
This dialog displays if you select the Pending Approval icon in the Detail Results tab.
